One of my favorite Fitness Models is Ava Cowan, she is what originally motivated me to get back into shape!  I was at a club when I saw her photo on an advertisement for Monster Energy drink and that was it I knew I had to get in great shape.  Since than she has done very well for herself making quite an impact in the fitness industry.

After being a competitive gymnast for over 10 years, I attended a fitness school in Boca Raton, Florida called the Fitness Institute. In a year and a half, I graduated from there as a fully-qualified, certified personal training specialist, CPTS. Soon after, I went on to take my NSCA exam and became certified in that organization as well. More”
