Pre Contest Diet

When getting ready for a Fitness or Figure Competition I tend to eat 5 small meals every three hours.  Eating 5-6 small meals per day will help increase your metabolism and  avoid cravings by keeping you full throughout the day.  My sample Pre Contest;
Meal 1
3 oz Tilapia 
2 oz Sweet Potato  

Meal 2
3 oz Tilapia
1 cup Veggies

Meal 3
3 oz Tilapia
1 cup Veggies
1oz Almonds

Meal 4 
3 oz Tilapia
2 oz Sweet Potato

Meal 5
3 oz Tilapia
1 cup Veggies
1 oz Almond
